Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Return

Email support@accelgoodsco.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within one business day.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-ordered items cannot be returned unless defective.
